§ Provided a wide range of Tier-1/2 Cyber Systems Engineering and Administration services across the U.S. Army
Southwest Asia Theater on NIPRnet, SIPRnet, and CENTRIX networks in direct mission support of the Southwest
Asia Cyber Center (SWACC) Systems Operations (SYSOPS) division, formerly known as the Southwest Asia
Theater Network Operations and Security Center (SWA-TNOSC). The SWACC’s mission is to provide missioncritical
networks and systems engineering, operation and maintenance, information assurance, and communications
support to over 230,000 U.S. military/civilian users across 20 countries throughout the Southwest Asia Area of
Responsibility (AOR) in support of the U.S. CENTCOM, ARCENT, and Army Cyber commands.
§ Responsible for the implementation and on-boarding of a large-scale mission-critical Web-based enterprise BMC
IT Service Management Suite (ITSM) for the U.S. Army in the Southwest Asia region hosted on a classified
Department of Defense enterprise virtualized environment. Modules implemented included: Asset & Change
Management, Problem & Incident Management, Service Request Management, Service Level Management, as
well as, Dashboards and Analytics. Project responsibilities included: project life cycle management, application
design & build, deployment, requirements & systems analysis, end-user training, as well as, post live support.
§ Performed systems engineering, administration, security, configuration, performance and fault management for

§ Developed and implemented a process plan for Knowledge Management to streamline daily processes, issues,
problem-solving techniques, decision-making, and project/task management, to enhance the Brigade's ability to
achieve missions. The plan included process survey findings, recommendations for hardware/software
implementations and systems integration.
§ Administered Brigade users' NIPRnet and SIPRnet portal access permissions using domain Active Directory
resources to establish role-based access control measures to mission-critical information, databases, documents and

with S-6, S-2 (Intelligence) and Public Affairs (PAO) offices to ensure information published to the website was
INFOSEC/OPSEC compliant. Redesigned site to accommodate changes in the ASG-KU operational map.
